Is the setup from pfsense the same with opnsense? Please help. I already have connection between modem and OPNsense. Now. From OPN sense to switch using the other LAN port. Therefore, I connected other PC devices into the switch as indicated in the atrachment picture. There is no internet access. So how do i setup my opnsense as a router? Am i gonna do bridging? Etc. Or what?

Thank you!

I have an IP address on my OPNsense, 192.168.1.15 (LAN).

And another IP address for my other device 192.168.1.9 (LAN).

It seems that in my shell. I pinged my other device, 192.168.1.9 using my OPNSense. It goes through and it is pinging because my other device firewall was off.

and when I pinged my OPNSense, 192.168.1.15 using my other device. It just says request time out? I just wonder. How do I turn off my OPNSense firewall like windows firewall? Thank youuu.

newwbiee here.

Does OPNSense have the following features?  ??? ???

• Bandwidth Limiter (e.g. Bandwidth is 10 Mbps.)
Computer 1 = 2 Mbps
Computer 2 = 2 Mbps
Computer 3 = 2 Mbps
Computer 4 = 2 Mbps
Computer 5 = 2 Mbps
• Block/Restrict unwanted websites
• Captive Portal (for MAC Address Filtering)
That only allows registered MAC addresses to connect to the internet.

Thank you!  :)
