Live Rule Swap Setting?

Hi,
I experience this issue with opnsense as well:

whenever the cron updates the suricata rules it seems all traffic on the whole firewall is dropped for a brief moment...
I cannot find the mentioned "Live Rule Swap" setting in opnsense... should it be there?
