Feature request - cron Wake on LAN

Not sure if this is the good section for, but I would ask for adding the possibility to send a wake on LAN packet with cron scheduler.
Do you think it's possible in a future version ?

We have a ticket for this, but it's not very high on the priority list due to some kernel issues:
