hello;
I don't have a seprate linux based pc run ubuntu and setup freeradius accordig to this

. Can I use this

to setup freeradius in opnsense?

You can install FreeRADIUS on OPNsense (the package is in the ports) but there is no GUI etc. for it, so you will have to edit the configuration by yourself and you may have to enable the daemon by yourself.

hello
I googled how to configure freeradius on freebsd in english & persian Lang.in that manual uses mysql to store server database but when I use "pkg search mysql" to find and install it, nothing Found!
any solution?

You don't have to use a mysql database backend for this...
