I have seen that I have problems with kernel panic after reboot. I removed the second LAN interface and everything was back to normal. Then I plugged in a USB LAN adapter instead and immediately had kernel panic again at boot. Did I forget any BIOS settings?

It's working now but I get kernel panic on shutdown and when the machine runs for 1 minute without any interaction.

I have installed OPNsense on a Fujitsu Futro S740. In addition to the standard Ethernet port, I have installed a PCIE M.2 A + E to RTL8111F - RJ45 network card.
After installation, the futro boots normally, I plug cables into WAN and LAN. LAN goes directly into the PC. The PC gets an IP assigned and I can access the webinterface. I don't have to change the default interface settings for testing. This is how it looks like: https://imgur.com/gCm6Af3
Until then everything is normal. When I do a reboot, everything looks also ok in the log on the connected screen. The interfaces are listed with correct IP. However, I can no longer reach the Futro in any way via the LAN interface.
If I perform a reset via plugged in keyboard, the whole thing starts from the beginning.
I am absolutely clueless.

Dateisystem ZFS. Ich muss, um von der internen ssd zu booten, von einem live-bootstick noch folgenden Befehl ausführen:

Als ich den Futro vor dem Einbau des zweiten Ethernet-Ports nur über den eingebauten Ethernet-Port mit VLAN und Managed Switch ausprobiert habe, auch alles funktioniert.

Bis dahin ist alles normal. Wenn ich einen reboot durchführe, ist im Log auf dem angeschlossenen Bildschirm auch alles in Ordnung. Die Interfaces werden mit korrekter IP aufgelistet. Ich kann den Futro jedoch in keiner Weise mehr über das LAN-Interface erreichen.
Wenn ich einen reset über eingesteckte Tastatur durchführe, geht das ganze von vorn los.
Ich bitte um Hilfe, denn ich bin absolut Ratlos.

Solved, created vlan was visible in web-panel but never actually created. I just reinstalled opnsense and the problem was gone.
