"New Interface"-Option missing

I want to create a new Interface. Every guide I see uses the option "New Interface": https://imgur.com/BR1Ei56
"New Interface" is not visible on my installation: https://imgur.com/Rs617Mr
Am I looking in the wrong place?

edit:
Solved, created vlan was visible in web-panel but never actually created. I just reinstalled opnsense and the problem was gone.
