Problem with root password

Hello together

Since update 18.7 I can't log in with my users anymore.

I tried everything in this forum entry, but it didn't work to reset the password. Finally I tried it in singleboot mode with "passwd". We connected the firewall via a serial interface.

It would also be possible if I could download the configuration file. Then I could simply reinstall the firewall and import the current configuration.
