1. Will we get url block fuction which will be easy to use? I mean something that will work just by adding unwanted urls to the list.
2. I want to buy mini pc for opnsense, around 35 pcs in LAN 100mbps internet connection. Will i3 8100 with 4gb ddr4 do it?

It is already implemented, you only need to create FW rule using URL type or host type aliases, or using the web proxy - I recommend the proxy.

By far, and far more powerful then you need right now, your chosen HW provides big extra room for further growth.

Just pay attention to buy/ use the recommended Intel NICs, since they are proven to work well with FreeBSD/ OPNsense.
