Floating Rules for WAN what is wrong

Hi

I have an transparent bridge(LAN) configured and i want disable everything on WAN but not UDP/53 and TCP/80/443 as show on the picture but the floating rules are not working as expected, now i have no networking(internet) with there rules, what i am doing wrong?
