OPENVPN Export Archive 0 bytes

OPNsense 25.7.10-amd64
I tried to export OpenVPN archive in VPN -> OpenVPN -> Client Export but every user I try to export is a 0 byte zip file.
How can I solve this?

We have had the same issue on various opnsense installations since the update to 25.7.10-amd64.
The ZIP files are only 0 kilobytes in size when exported. There is no error message and nothing can be found in the logs.

It also looks as if only the export type: Archive Download is affected; all other exports deliver files that are larger than 0 kilobytes.

Does anyone have any idea how to debug this? Is there a php error log or something like that? The web GUI log shows no errors.
