Access List For Portforwarded Rules

Hey guys is there a way to create a list containing static IPs thats that only has access to the port forwarded rules. so the rules is forwarded but only allowing specific iPs and blocking all other attempts to connect

like in mikrotik for instance where you have the address list and only exclude the ips on that list for being blocked

You can specify a "host" type firewall alias in the source of the NAT rule.
