DuckDNS down?

My DDNS subdomains on DuckDNS have been failing to resolve for the last 1-2 weeks, only very occasionally succeeding.  In most instances I get SERVFAIL in DNS logs.  Their service dashboard loads sometimes but has also been flaky (failed to resolve when I tried earlier), though it provides no useful information about service health.

https://dnschecker.org/ shows propagation issues- most regions show red "x" marks.

Anyone know what's going on with them?
