Wake Opnsense from internet when Opnsense Shut Down

Hello: I would like to be able to start opnsense from the internet with a magic packet if it goes down in power outage. Can anybody help me on how to configure this to be able to work. How can I get the nic driver to tell the card to stay powered on after shutdown?
