Unbound with CNAME entries - how can I “whitelist” them/ make CNAME's visible?

Hello to the team,

I need support in that
 as a user of Unbound I need to unblock at least 2 blocked CNAME addresses.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to make the CNAME's "visible" to see what is behind them and on the other hand I have these addresses released/unblock/whitelisted but they still remain blocked.

PS.
I assume that the CNAME is caused by the fact that I may have already set filters that CNAME references!
So how can I view CNAME in order to change the filter if necessary?
