2 instances of Unbound

i have two Unbound processes in memory
1.

1 unbound.conf is a normal conf file
2 this config is empty (all lines are commented)

When I'm trying eg.

IDK, maybe it is connected with looong resolve times (~500ms) for between adguard and Unbound (which is upstream DNS (127.0.0.1:5555 for Adguard on 192.168.1.10)
