What is an rdr rule?

I have configured my LAN2 interface with Wireguard (testing ProtonVPN) and looking at the firewall -> log files -> live view I've noticed a few
rdr rule
entries, could someone please explain what is an rdr rule?

That's the internal name of the port forward NAT rules. You do have logging set for it I suppose.

Ah yes, I do have a DNS port forward for the VPN
