I just saw this error in my log, is it something I should react on???

How did you configure IPv6 on interface igc0? Something is wrong with that.

Remember that radvd is located at Services/Router Advertisments. This configuration should also be taken into account for that interface.

Well, its stock, i did not change anything, IPV6 configuration type is, track interface…is that the problem?

What are the actual IPv6 addresses and prefix lengths on WAN and LAN? What size of a prefix does your ISP give you?
You can obfuscate the lower 4 words of the addresses.

Which interface is igc0? You should not run router advertisements on WAN.

Login to your OPNsense via SSH, type "ifconfig igc0 <ENTER>" and copy and paste the output as text here.

No. Debugging things requires use of the command line. We want to diagnose "what's really going on" without possible UI or other glitches in the way.
