FF08:x:: Flood and Crash

I am creating an topic from the old topic here, https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=36257.0. I am having the same issue, but worse. My router is crashing due to the flood of packets. I looked at NDP and found the Chromecast, but I have also found references from other devices to different IP address (e.g., Microsoft, shown below). I have been reading the topics about SLAAC and Android, and understand the that Android devices only use SLAAC and not DHCPv6. But, this does not explain the other devices.

My ISP assigns me a /56. I understand about subdividing it to /64. But it is dynamically assigned, so the following does not work for me: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=32433.0. I am not sure where to go from here to fix the crashing short of turning off IPv6.
