There are a few threads about this topic, and now one on his forums pointing to your video.

There is room for both, and people make choices based on their research and sometime based on their money. Hard to say that for a small college department, the business license for OPN was a lot easier to handle than a comparable license to PF. I've been using PF-CE for years but made the switch in March of 2024 due to a few reasons, in May I was able to buy 3 years of OPN because I decided that for my needs it fit the requirements and was cheap enough that I was able to just go ahead and buy it. Probably won't go back to PF-CE, if it even exists in 3 more years, and by then the price of + for my type of licensing will be far more than I can pay (still). I've expanded on my reasons in the other threads.
