Unble to get WAN ip from Modem using PPPOE

Ive just set up opnsense on a proxmox server. I got all the interfaces setup with wan and lan. When I conifgured the pppoe for wan it didnt seem to receive an ip. I know the user, pass, and vlan are correct because on my current router ive also set it up.


Any help is appreciated.
