Ping Across a VPN

Hello all,

I have two OPNsense firewalls that communicate over a WG VPN. I was testing communications from my Zabbix server at Site A, pinging to my OPNsense firewall at Site B. This fails with a bind: Can't assign requested address. If I try the same ping test from the gateway the Zabbix server is connected to works fine. What is this cant assign requested address and what does it mean?
