Issues Configuring Cloudflare Warp VPN on OPNsense KVM Setup

Hello OPNsense Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out for some assistance regarding a specific setup I've been working on. Here's the scenario:

I recently installed OPNsense on a KVM within my OMV home server. The hardware includes an Intel 1Gb IGB NIC with two ports. I created two network bridges for these ports and integrated them into the KVM setup. All the initial setup, including DHCP, is working flawlessly. OPNsense is effectively serving as the main router in my home, replacing OpenWRT for a variety of reasons.

However, my challenge lies in getting the VPN to work on OPNsense. I specifically want to use Cloudflare Warp VPN, and I've successfully obtained WireGuard configuration files for both my Cloudflare ZeroTrust account and a Warp+ license key using a Telegram bot.

Here's where things get tricky: I've tested these configurations on WireGuard clients on Windows and Android, and they work seamlessly. But, when I attempt to set them up on OPNsense following the guidance from the following sources:

The VPN configurations don't seem to work on OPNsense. In fact, it appears that they may not even provide internet access.

I've noticed there are handshakes for instance and peer configs, but there's no internet access. Even when I do 'ping 1.1.1.1' in the OPNsense shell, it does not ping, as if there is no internet access.

Now, I previously had an OpenWRT KVM in place, and it worked effortlessly with the VPN. However, I transitioned to OPNsense due to some features I prefer. Can anyone shed light on why this might be happening, or perhaps provide a guide specifically tailored for Cloudflare Warp VPN on OPNsense?
