Separate ip lan to VPN

Can someone help me? I don't know how to get some of my Lan IPs to go through a VPN (Surfshark) and other IPs access the internet without going through the VPN. I can't separate them despite the creation of aliass. If the IPs that pass through the VPN have access to the internet.
