After installing OPNSense I lost internet on Proxmox

HI All, Im new to all this, BUT I  Installed Proxmox  then Opnsence  and lost internetcnnection on proxmox.
ive also installed DOCKER works fine has inter access and Portainer which also works fine has internet access.
I can update every application installed Except for Proxmox.

ANY idear what ive done or where to start looking ?
