Hi Paulo,

No need to delete this. It may be useful to others in the future:

When setting up a voucher server, you can modify its parameters in terms of using simpler characters and adjusting the length of the username and password individually. :)

I created a captive portal following this:

It does not mention how to restrict the characters used for username/password.

When you create an Voucher Server under System->Access->Servers.
Here you can choose the option to create simpler Voucher Codes.
