Interface speed limited to 10mbps

I’m running OPNsense in a esxi server, host is a hpe gen 10 plus, one interface connected to vm network and the other connected to an internal vlan (isolated from external network) of the vswitch. While I see the speed of both two interfaces only has 10base options like in the screenshot. Any idea how to fix this?

Are these virtual interfaces? Then all media options as seen on OPNsense are irrelevant. The interface will work with whatever ESXi and the physical hardware are capable of.
Best interface type for FreeBSD/OPNSense VMs is E1000.
