OpenVPN client export install package missing

For an OpenVPN server, I am attempting to export the Viscosity client install package under "client export," and the package appears to be missing. All I see are certificates, one for the certificate of authority and one for the user.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might happen? It seems that i am unable to export the Viiscosity install package.

I have figured out a solution for this. In fact, the Viscosity package is not required, at least for installation on a Linux Mint client (which is what I have installed on my laptop). All that's necessary is to choose "File Only" from the client export menu, download the user certificate, and import it on the client. That worked for me.
