HA can't config (OPNsense ver 22.7)

On version 22.7 I cannot configure HA. (i tried on virtualbox and hyper-v)
HA status : backup firewall is not accessible or not configured.
what should I do
(version 21.7 I can configure HA like so)

The same issue for me. I configured master/backup firewalls, CARP is working properly, but config sync is not working, because - "The backup firewall is not accessible or not configured."

All was done by this instruction - https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/carp.html
