Why errors on WAN port
«

I've assigned the WAN port to the physical address (opt3) with an IP address on the same subnet of the modem, so now I can access the modem GUI, but I see lots of errors in, is there a way to fix that?
I'm on the latest version 22.1.9 (if that matters) and the LAN ports are i225-V
Tia.

what's changed? Is this a new install? did you replace the cable?

That was a fresh install back in February when I installed the 22.1 and I started to see a few errors starting from v22.1.5 - and yes I tried different cables.

it may be due to services you are running against the interface such as sensei or suricata.

I run neither suricata nor zenarmor... if it's an issue with the nic drivers, my only hope is that it's going to be fixed with the v22.7
