Hello!

I registered account. I tried to set up password but  not able to do it.

I even tried to reset password, It's show weird wordpress page which also not working.

So I can't login to see what's going on with my order.
i even not able to send You emai:  550 5.7.1 <sales@opnsense.com>: Recipient address rejected: Message
    rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized.


And of top of that, my IP is blocked for some reasson... .

Seems that you aren't sending a Mail with a correct SPF Record

Its valid, just tested: SPF:   PASS with IP 51.89.148.*

To everyone else I ca send emails... . But why I even can change password in store website?

If they aren't checking the SPF they accept your Mails. You should fix your SPF Issues.

I dont have issues. Your mailserver have problems.

And when I trying to reset password, its opening strange page, attached screenshots. And over there is also mission impossible.

Normally when YOU get that Bounce message, your SPF isn't correct. Maybe theres another Server shown in your Mail Header, which isn't included in your SPF

For me the Site looks like a correct Web page, I don't get that "Wordpres..." Site.
Maybe you have a Adblocker or Script Blocker enabled? Which Browser?

My SPF is correct. I don't know whos website is it: www.opnspf.net, but i'm not able to open it.

I don't thinks it is correct. If it is correct, that message wouldn't appear.

I receiving/sending many emails in day, with everyone else it's fine.

Website I also tried from different browsers, no one works. ohh well. Who cares.

If you can tell that - okay.

If you want to you can send me an Email and I can take a look at your SPF record (send me an PN for that Mail Address).
Because the error never occured doesn't mean everything is fine.

@normanos: Your SPF record may be "correct", but from what I can see, your mail domain seems to be fr**fm.uk having an SPF policy of "mx -all", i.e. that only mail.fr**fm.uk must send mail. Judging from the log entry you have shown above, you have tried to send mail via IPv6 and mail.fr**fm.uk does not resolve to the IPv6 in question.

So either you correct your DNS entries to reflect this or you refrain from sending mail via IPv6. You probably have never met any MX being able to receive via IPv6.

P.S.: The openspf.net website is discontinued since 2019 and erroneously displayed in error messages by some SPF checking plugins like the one Deciso is using.

looks it was temporally issue with emails, as now it's sent. Problem was only with sales@opnsense.org email. rest emails are fine.

But problem with website still accours. I not able to reset password. Also disableded adblock, allow all cookies and trackings e.t.c. . Nothing. Its even still my primary IP address blocked - unable to open shop.opnsense.com . More likelly it was auto blocked as I tried to change password.

@normanos I've checked our log files, your mail server seems to be using the wrong hostname. There is an mx record for "mail.****.co.uk" but your host identifies itself with "mail.****.uk", which according to your spf policy isn't allowed. You can easily read your spf policy using https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx , they also offer a simple mx query tool https://mxtoolbox.com/

But still question how to reset password for shop.onsense.org ?

When got reset link, its open page to change password, but when I trying to change it, it open that weir page wich saying that link is expaired. And then going in loop. Simply not able to reset password... .

Not sure what's going wrong there, if I ask for a reset link it does seem to operate normally from my end.
If you try again and forward the email you're receiving, we can try on our end if there's anything unusual with your account.
