Error when the script send_telemetry.py run

Hi,

I'm getting an error in the "System: Log Files: General" from the script send_telemetry.py, it's:

unexpected result from https://opnsense.emergingthreats.net/api/v1/event (http_code 502)

Anyone who knows why I get a bad gateway error, and if it is something I can do to correct this behaviour?

Bumping this - same issue here.

Also, suricata still throws alerts for ET_info although I removed (disabled) that ruleset ..

The ET-Pro-Telemetry widget on the Dashboard shows contact has been established and signatures get downloaded about once a day.

We forwarded this issue report to Proofpoint. It's likely a server acting up at times, but shouldn't affect operation.

Hi,
I a getting the similar error messages in System/Log Files/General, and hundrets of it.
Additionally HTTPS access to the GUI get time outs.

"Error send_telemetry.py   unexpected result from https://opnsense.emergingthreats.net/api/v1/event (http_code 403)"
