OPNsense stops working

We have bought OPNsense Hardware. But temperature is almost +40C and sometimes it stops. We disconnect it from power, and after a while connect again, and then it works. I found this log in System\Log Files\General. What does this log mean, it means high temperature?

Did you buy from Deciso? You're better off raising a support call with them.

We have bought DEC690 from OPNsense themselves. I wrote them an email, they this temperature is normal, it is fanless. But it heats, and then stops. We don't know what to do.
