Web UI hangs for extended time periods

I decided to reconfigure the layout of my network and decided to move to zfs at the same time.

With just WAN and LAN everything seemed to be working fine.  Then I started adding other interfaces and VLANs.  At this point the UI will become unresponsive for a minute plus.

Looking at top on the console doesn't show any obvious resource issues.  CPU usage is mostly idle, memory has 7G free.

Additionally, Unbound stopped resolving while I was adding the VLANs but that seems to have stopped happening after a reboot.

Any ideas what could be happening?  I didn't have any of these issues with my previous config on this exact same hardware.  I haven't installed any plugins yet.  Only the various interfaces and VLANs and some basic firewall rules.  IIRC, the previous setup was running 21.7.6 while I'm currently running 21.7.7.
