Hello,
can you please advise how to create an anti-lockout rule for MGMT interface, means a duplicate of the automatically generated anti-lockout rule for LAN?

I assume you mean anti-lockout for the web GUI? If so, go to your firewall rules for MGMT interface. and create a rule that allows TCP from any source (direction in) to destination "This Firewall" and destination port either 80 (http) or 443 (https) depending on which one you use to connect. Make sure the rule is at the top of the rule list.
