PPPOE WAN port down

Hi I've this is this issue that which i've connected my want port to through PPPOE and there is uplink with a public ip address but after a few minutes it has some disconnection. To fix this issue i'll have to physically unplug and insert back to the modem in order to get it work. here below is my config and also they didn't is it halfduplex or  duplex or the speed of the connection.

Did you solve this? I have a similar PPPoE issue and so far, no luck...

I would guess that the issue in this case was than pppoe0 was assigned to both ix3 and ix3_vlan621...
