OpenVPN no access by hostname only by ip

I have a vpn with two opnsense for openvpn site to site, but I can only see the devices on my network only by the ip address I can enter them and not by the hostname. I want to know if someone can help me solve the problem and that they can be found easily by the hostname

You need to replicate the DNS between sites. What provides DNS on each?
