how to remove manual SPD entries?

Hi,
I have setup an IPSEC site 2 site with BINAT. Unfortunately I have not seen that this is not supported for severals phase 2 entries. So I removed all phase 2 entries except one for testing purpose. IPSEC tunnel working but BINAT not working. I have realized that all manual SPD entries still remain in SPD and I guess this is the reason why BINAT is still not working because of routing confusion from former manual SPD entries. How can I remove the manual SPD entries? They do not disappear if I remove phase 2 entries.
