VPN IPsec L2TP Problem "remote traffic selector missing in configuration"

Hi to All,
 i have two client Win7 MacOs.
For not install software for Vpn and for now i don't use a key(my choose), i have select Vpn L2TP.

Into Opnsense i have conf Phase1 , Phase2 and L2TP.
The section sharek key is OK:
[CFG] <4> looking for pre-shared key peer configs matching .......
[CFG] <4> selected peer config "con1"
[IKE] <con1|4> IKE_SA con1[4] established between...............


But after, the Negotation are stop with this error:
10[IKE] <con1|4> remote traffic selector missing in configuration.
10[IKE] <con1|4> no matching CHILD_SA config found for

In don't understood where is a error.
