opnsense with 2 IP's - for outgoing always use first IP showing

Hi,

my opnsense has one IP at the WAN interface and a second one (also on the wan Interface) as virtual IP.
On 2  VM's running a Web service, each one has a different public ip from opensense.
Everything works, both VM's are public available with their IP.

But both are answering with the first WAN IP of  opnsense. This can be problematic.
How can i fix that?

Do you have set up an outbound NAT rule?
Like: WAN interface, source: your Server, NAT-Adress: your virtal (2nd IP)
