Iperf Across the Internet

Hello all,

I have Iperf3 on my Windows 10 PC and I am trying to run a test to an Iperf server that I should be able to connect to on the Internet. I am getting the following:

error - unable to connect to server: Connection timed out

I know that the default is port 5201 and the server I am trying to connect to(iperf.he.net) accepts port 5201 on TCP or UDP. Do I need a rule to open this up on the firewall?
