Multiple openvpn servers parallel, does distributed CPU mean?

Hi there, I have a question. Is it true that if I run several Openvpn servers with only two clients in parallel on Opnsense, that the processes are distributed among the CPUs? Openvpn can only use one processor. Heard it this way.
