OPNsense offline locally after reboot

Hi,
OPNsense 19.7.7
Hardware: Qotom-Q355G4
Had the same issue recently, once after an upgrade and now after a reboot - OPNsense was offline, and not reachable from the internal network.
Both times I plugged a serial cable in, and all looked normal - I logged into the console no issues.
A shutdown (remove/reconnect power cable), power on fixes things. The box is then reachable on the local network and all works fine.
This time whilst on the console, I couldn't ping anything internally but pinging something outside works - so the outbound interface works, but not inbound (I have a bunch of VLANs setup).
Any suggestions of where to look?
Never used to happen on a previous piece of hardware (APU2C4 router), but with the Qotom I've also added some new configuration, Sensei, 2nd Internet connection (no HA, failover though).
So, I'm not sure if it is hardware-related, or something else
