Firewall Rule for Caching Proxy

Could I use a floating rule to prevent proxy bypass for HTTP and HTTPS, instead of separate rules for each LAN segment I have?

Floating is for policies, HTTP(S) redirect is a port forward.

You can select multiple interfaces in the port forwards... :)
