Problem wit Captive Portal on 19.7.4_1

Hi thare, we are facing problems runnnig the captive Portal afer update to this version.

Redirection seems to work fine, but it looks as if lighttpd is not serving the landing page on port 8000.

Any ideas, help would be appreciated ?
