IPSEC VPN VTI

Hello,
I have many VPN IPSEC with VTI  on Opnsense A10 quad core.
it works good, but i have a question.

In logs, I have : 

querying policy 0.0.0.0/0 === 0.0.0.0/0 out failed, not found

What is this fault ? can you explain me ?
