Insight with VLANs - No Data

Hello  :)

I was logged into my OPNsense firewall and found that under Insight, it displays "No Data."  Searching the forum, I found a couple references about clearing cache as that sometimes is the fix but unfortunately, it did not work.  Under the cache tab, I do see destinations, sources, packet counts increasing.  Now the one thing to note is that my LAN is a VLAN configured on a parent interface and I'm not sure if that is the issue or not.  Is anyone else seeing this with VLANs enabled?  I have hardware CRC, TSO, and LRO are disabled and VLAN hardware filtering is set to disabled.  I can submit an issue on github but figured I would check here first.

Thanks

Which networks do you have set in Reporting, Netflow, Capture, Listening interfaces?

Bart...

All interfaces except WAN and the parent interface.  Should the parent interface be included?

Have you restarted the flowd_aggregate service from the dashboard after adding the VLAN interfaces?

Can't see the parent interface making a difference, since you're seeing packets in the cache

Yes, but unfortunately, no luck.  I too tried Reset Netflow Data and Repair Netflow Data and upgrading to 19.7.2 but no luck.

Update to this, it might be fixed.  Per this thread, https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=13711.0 , I re-ran Repair Netflow Data again today after seeing the service was stopped, and reports seem to be working again.  Going to keep an eye on it for the next few days to be sure.

My issue reported in this thread about data not showing seems to have been resolved by running the Repair Netflow Data a second time.  However, I am seeing the service stop by itself as reported in the thread from my previous post so something else is going on.  Will keep an eye on the other thread.   Thanks bartjsmit!
