I assume you tested this on OPNsense version based on HardenedBSD 12.1, right?

I currently run 20.7.1 with the test kernel from here https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=17363.msg84053#msg84053 runs smooth.

Any stock kernel gives me page faults
