you would have to allow a connect request to it.

And if i want to connect throught PC on opnsense lan, to another remote pc, the realvnc server says:
It cannot connect throught this proxy. This proxy refuses connect you on VNC SERVER.
The program of realvnc may be connected to any server of this people before going to my PC remote?

you must modify some squid ACLs to make this work (create a file in/usr/local/etc/squid/pre-auth/ with .conf ext, which contains your ACL with http_access allow CONNECT YOUR_ACL_FOR_VNC)
