ids download & update not working

I have problem with ids i cannot see the rules and enable because nothing is showed there, i push the button for downloading but it finish in 3 seconds and nothing appear, any solutions?

The same is happening with plugins of firmware.

Out of curiosity, did you by any chance backup your configuration, re-install, and restore?

yes, many times.

but of hours of changes only, same hardware always same versions.
