Disable IPSEC Tunnel by Command Line

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to disable and enable a specific IPSEC Tunnel from the command line that has been created in "Connections" (not Legacy)?

The command below seemed to work, but it didn't actually disable the tunnel, it just stopped it briefly and then restarted it:
